The Chattooga River: A Natural and Cultural History, published by The History Press, tells the story of one of the last free-flowing rivers in the Southeast, the National Wild and Scenic Chattooga River, made famous by the movie Deliverance. The book describes the flora, fauna, people and history of the river and its watershed.
