Marcia's Tiger Crunch Slaw


1 3-oz. package pork flavored ramen noodles
1 bunch green onions, sliced
½ cup salted sunflower seeds
½ cup toasted slivered almonds
½ medium head cabbage, shredded
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup sugar
2 ½ tablespoons white vinegar


Crumble the uncooked ramen noodles into a serving bowl. Add the green onions, sunflower seeds, almonds and cabbage; toss well. Combine the oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packet from the ramen noodles in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake until thoroughly blended. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture just before serving, toss well.
