Caroline Tyler Robertson ’97, Mary Weinberger ’94 and Karla Stumpo Avery ’96, all Tiger Band alumni, celebrated their 50th birthdays and the life of fellow Tiger Band alumnus, Jenny New Bradford ’00, “a fierce Tiger who fought cancer with every ounce of strength she had,” Caroline said. The group honored Jenny by virtually participating in Issaqueena’s Flight for the Fight 5k in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The race is held annually in Six Mile, South Carolina, and proceeds benefit Dabo’s All In Team Breast Cancer Research Focus Area.
