Anuj Kadam M ’20, Arpit Patel M ’20, Karan Dalal M ’20, Purvang Desai M ’20, Harsh Shah M ’20 and Hardik Satam M ’20 hiked to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. “The Half Dome hike consists of cable sections at the end that has a seasonal lottery,” Hardik said. “This year, we were selected.” The group hiked for seven hours and gained 5,000 feet to reach the summit; the total hike took 15 hours to complete. “We started before sunrise and ended after sunset,” Hardik continues. “The hike challenged us physically and mentally to the extremes, but we were bound to finish it.”
