Australia: Patrick Sturgis '12
Patrick Sturgis ’12 was relocated to Australia for work just before the pandemic. Most state borders within the country have been closed since March, but when the Northern Territory opened its borders, he quickly jumped on the opportunity to take a trip to Alice Springs to see the remote Australian outback.
Indonesia: Lindsay Hanf ‘19
Lindsay Hanf ’19 joined a young adult backpacking tour around Southeast Asia. The trip included a trek to the summit of Mount Sibayak, a volcano in Berastagi, Indonesia.

Jamison ’92, Kristi ’93, M ’97, Cole ’22 and Wyatt Temples “loaded up the car and headed to the Keys” after their British Isles cruise was canceled. “We rented a house on the gulf side of Florida and spent the week fishing, snorkeling, swimming in the pool and eating great food!” wrote Jamison.
