Mexico: Larry Dyches, Joel Atkinson and Lawson Jowers
Clemson Class of 1977 alumni Larry Dyches, Joel Atkinson and Lawson Jowers spent a week in Xcaret Mexico. 39 years after graduating together, they remain close friends. Atkinson and Jowers have known each other since 4th grade. They roomed together in Johnstone, 2nd floor for freshman and junior years. They met Dyches junior year. About four years ago they got back together and have been getting together one Saturday every month. According to Atkinson, “The three of us have a special friendship that essentially began at Clemson.”
